Onboarding typically takes between 3 to 7 business days. We begin with a scoping call, sign our mutual Service Level Agreement (SLA) and NDA, and set up secure cloud access for our team. We can start processing live files within a week of getting access.
We work directly within your cloud accounting ecosystem. You simply create user profiles for our staff in your software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks Online, Sage, TaxCalc). There is no need for data transfers, and we don't require master admin access.
No. We act strictly as a silent, white-label back-office partner. All reports, accounts, and calculations are sent directly to your practice. We never contact your end-clients, ensuring you maintain 100% control of the client relationship.
